Some moments feel like they’re straight out of a movie—and Kyle’s proposal to Jillian was exactly that.

It was a hot, humid day here in the Smokies, and the river was buzzing with people trying to cool off. But with a little luck and some strategic timing, we managed to find a quiet little spot all to ourselves, just in time for Kyle to pop the question.

Jillian may have had a feeling something was up (we’ll let her confirm that!), but the emotion on her face when Kyle dropped to one knee was pure joy. The waterfall behind them, the sunlight filtering through the trees, and the peaceful sound of the river made for the dreamiest setting.

After she said yes (of course she did!), we captured some beautiful shots of the two of them soaking in the moment—and showing off that gorgeous ring.

I’m so honored I got to be a part of this milestone. Kyle and Jillian, thank you for trusting me with such a big moment in your love story. I’m wishing you a lifetime of laughter, adventure, and quiet moments just like this one. 💕
