This family session was such a special one! The Parker family traveled to the Smoky Mountains to celebrate a very important birthday — Dad’s! And what made it even more meaningful is that this trip was one of the few times he gets to be with his grandkids each year.

The family lives in Texas, while he’s all the way up in New York. Summer vacations are their treasured time to connect, and you could feel how much it meant for them to all be together here in Tennessee. He was so excited for this trip, and watching him soak up every moment with the kids was heartwarming.

We picked a beautiful spot in the Smokies, and the love and laughter between them all was so genuine. Grandparent-grandchild moments always get me, and this session was full of those — hugs, giggles, and the kind of joy that only happens when generations come together.
